How it works

You stay in control the whole way through. We just take the blank page away.

  1. 1. Tell us about your business

    Your name, what you do, where you work, your services and how you like to sound. It takes about ten minutes and you can change any of it later.

  2. 2. Upload your photos and branding

    Add photos straight from your phone's camera roll, plus your logo and brand colours. Rename and tidy them into groups so the right picture ends up on the right post.

  3. 3. We write your posts

    Each post arrives with a caption, a suggested photo from your own library, a call to action, hashtags, the platform it's meant for and a suggested date.

  4. 4. You approve, edit or ask again

    Happy with it? Approve. Nearly right? Edit the words. Not for you? Reject it or ask for a completely fresh version.

  5. 5. It lands in your calendar

    Approved posts appear on a simple calendar so you can see the month ahead and move anything to a different day.

  6. 6. The next batch gets made

    When you're running low, you generate the next set of posts — no starting from a blank screen ever again.

About automatic posting

Connecting Facebook and Instagram so posts publish on their own is a separate setup step we do with you, using the official Facebook and Instagram tools. Until that's connected and tested, your posts are prepared and organised here for you to publish — we won't pretend otherwise.
