Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Postcabin.

1. The service

Postcabin creates draft social media content for your business, stores your photos and approved content, and — where you have connected an account — publishes approved posts and sends approved WhatsApp campaigns at the times you choose. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your login details secure, and are responsible for everything done through your account. Accounts are for business use by people aged 18 or over.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Plans are sold as monthly subscriptions at the prices shown on the pricing page, in GBP.
  • Payments are taken by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
  • Each plan includes a weekly allowance of AI-generated posts and a monthly allowance of WhatsApp messages as shown on the pricing page. Allowances reset on the stated schedule and unused allowance does not carry over.
  • You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and we do not refund part-months unless required by law.
  • Promotional codes apply only as described at the time of use. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
  • If a payment fails we may suspend generation, publishing and sending until it is resolved.

4. AI-generated content

Drafts, captions, hashtags and images are produced automatically using the business information and media you provide. Automated output can be inaccurate, generic or unsuitable. You are responsible for checking every draft for accuracy, claims, pricing, availability, trademarks and legal compliance before approving it. Postcabin gives no warranty that generated content is accurate, original or fit for a particular purpose.

5. Your approval comes first

Nothing is published or sent without your approval. Drafts stay private until you approve them. If you make a material edit to an approved post, the approval is withdrawn and any pending WhatsApp campaign for it is cancelled so you can review and approve again.

6. Scheduled social publishing

Where you connect a social account and schedule an approved post, Postcabin attempts to publish it at the chosen time. Delivery depends on the platform accepting the post and on the connection remaining valid. Timing is approximate, attempts may fail, and we will show the outcome so you can retry or post it yourself. Automatic publishing may be unavailable while a feature is switched off or awaiting platform approval.

7. Scheduled WhatsApp messaging

WhatsApp campaigns are sent through the official WhatsApp Business Platform to the contacts you select, within your plan's allowance. Messages may need to use a pre-approved message template, and Meta may rate-limit, block or refuse messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and delivery statuses are reported back where the platform provides them.

8. Consent and lawful marketing

You are responsible for the contacts you upload and message. You confirm that each contact has given the consent required for you to send them marketing messages, that you can evidence that consent, and that you comply with UK data protection and direct marketing rules (UK GDPR and PECR) and with WhatsApp and Meta's own policies. You must honour opt-out requests promptly and remove those contacts. We may suspend messaging if we believe these obligations are being breached.

9. Content and rights

You keep ownership of the photos, logos and business information you upload, and of your approved content. You grant Postcabin the permission needed to store and process that material to provide the service and to publish or send it where you have asked us to. You must have the rights to everything you upload, including images of people and premises.

10. Third-party services

Postcabin relies on third parties including Meta (Facebook and the WhatsApp Business Platform), Stripe, cloud hosting and AI model providers. Their terms apply to their part of the service, and changes, outages or account restrictions on their side can affect Postcabin features. We are not responsible for the acts or decisions of those platforms, including refusal or removal of content or suspension of your accounts with them.

11. Acceptable use

You must not use Postcabin to:

  • send unsolicited, misleading, offensive or unlawful messages or content;
  • promote hate, harassment, adult content, illegal products or regulated products you are not licensed to sell;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
  • impersonate another business or person;
  • attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service or another customer's data;
  • resell or share your account with unrelated businesses.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules or that put the service or our platform integrations at risk.

12. Availability and limits

We aim to keep Postcabin available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, faults, third-party outages and feature changes can interrupt generation, publishing or sending. Features described as coming soon or in testing may change or be withdrawn. We recommend keeping your own copy of content that matters to you.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, Postcabin is not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost goodwill, missed posts or undelivered messages, and our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

14. Ending the agreement

You may cancel your subscription or close your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access for non-payment, breach of these terms, or if we stop offering the service, giving reasonable notice where practical. Content already published or sent cannot be recalled by us.

15. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version applies to your continued use. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

16. Contact

For questions about these terms, contact Postcabin using the support contact details published on this website, or from the email address registered to your account.
